Some of the programs and tools I've worked on at Citrix
Citrix's workspace platform on AWS + Azure while maintaining on-prem compatibility. Involved coordinating six engineering teams through release gates to GA.
Scaling work on Citrix's DaaS platform for higher concurrent session counts. Capacity planning, perf benchmarks, database tuning, load balancer config across regions. Cross-team work between perf engineering, SRE, and product.
Release ops for Citrix's cloud workspace division. Replaced ad-hoc processes with automated regression, canary deploys, feature flags, and rollback tooling. Moved release cadence from weeks to days.
Aggregates data from Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and incident management into one view. Shows sprint velocity, release readiness, test coverage, and open risks.
Scans Jira epics across teams, finds critical-path dependencies, and flags risks with suggested resolutions. Used by a few program teams internally.
Tracks velocity, sprint completion, and defect trends over time. Uses historical data to generate delivery forecasts for PI planning.
