Brought Citrix's workspace platform to AWS + Azure while keeping on-prem compatibility. Six eng teams, release gates, zero critical defects at GA.
Made Citrix's DaaS platform handle 3x more concurrent sessions. Capacity planning, perf benchmarks, database tuning, load balancer config across regions. Coordinated perf engineering, SRE, and product to find and fix bottlenecks.
Built release ops from scratch for Citrix's cloud workspace division. Replaced ad-hoc processes with automated regression, canary deploys, feature flags, and real-time rollback. Releases went from weeks to days.
Pulls data from Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and incident management into one view. Sprint velocity, release readiness, test coverage, open risks. Cut status meeting prep by 80%.
Scans Jira epics across teams, finds critical-path dependencies, flags risks with suggested fixes. Other program teams picked it up. Cut dependency-related delays by 40%.
Tracks velocity, sprint completion, and defect trends over time. Uses historical data to generate delivery forecasts so PMs and eng leads can make better calls during PI planning.
